HOW COACHING IS DELIVERED

Life coaching is conducted on the phone in the convenience of your home or office. Coaching relationships may last from three months to several years, depending on the client's desires and needs.

The Life Coaching Gym

The life coaching gym is similar to the concept of a fitness gym and is designed to accommodate the needs of the busy people I work with. You buy a membership (6-month minimum) and use it when it is open and convenient to you. Deliberate Living's Life Coaching Gym is open from the hours of 7:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays (Eastern Time).  Email me to find out more about the coaching gym. Membership Levels

Silver

1.  Weekly structured email exchange in which we evaluate progress towards previous weeks goals, develop strategies to overcome obstacles to goals, investigate insights, and set commitments for the next week.
2.  Unlimited email support during coaching gym hours
3.  30 minutes of coaching per month

Fee:  $150 per month

Gold

1.  Weekly structured email exchange in which we evaluate progress towards previous weeks goals, develop strategies to overcome obstacles to goals, investigate insights, and set commitments for the next week.
2.  Unlimited email support during coaching gym hours
3.  Up to 60 minutes of coaching per month during gym hours
4.  Follow up email after each coaching call
 

Fee:  $200 per month

Platinum

1.  Weekly structured email exchange in which we evaluate progress towards previous weeks goals, develop strategies to overcome obstacles to goals, investigate insights, and set commitments for the next week.
2.  Unlimited email support during coaching gym hours
3.  Follow up email after each coaching call
4.  Three pre-arranged 35 minute coaching calls per month
 

Fee: $300 per month
